  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your keyring for a different style or design, simply contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Once the returned item is received, we will ship your new item at no additional charge.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). If the return is our mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return costs.

Refunds

If your order qualified for free shipping and the return brings your total purchase below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
